In a world of information overload — think: endless Google searches, social media recommendations, and 32 open browser tabs — I help simplify the planning process and create personalized travel experiences that fit your needs. From expert guidance to seamless coordination, I'm here to make travel easier, more enjoyable, and a lot less stressful.

I help transform travel ideas into thoughtfully planned experiences, offering expert recommendations, VIP amenities that you can’t get anywhere else, personalized guidance, and support every step of the way. Magnolia Reverie Travel offers a warm, hospitable approach to travel planning. We help you select the right accommodations and coordinate experiences to ensure your trip feels effortless from start to finish.
In addition to saving you time and relieving stressors by walking you through the travel process, we provide access to preferred partners, exclusive amenities, and on-the-ground support—so you’re not just booking a trip, you’re experiencing it at a higher level with supportive partners. Our clients may receive exclusive hotel perks such as complimentary upgrades, resort credits, daily breakfast, early check-in, late checkout, and VIP treatment at luxury properties around the world, at no additional cost.
How do I work with you?
Getting started is simple. Head to the Contact tab and fill out our inquiry form, or you can always email us at hello@magnoliareverietravel.com. The more details you provide us, the better! But don’t worry if you don’t know — that’s what we’re here for.
Can I book with or earn loyalty points?
What happens after I submit an inquiry form?
After you fill out the form, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation call to get to know you better and hear more about your dream trip. After the call, we’ll send over our agreements and terms & conditions. Once those documents are signed, we’ll get started drafting a proposal for you! Once you agree with and confirm the proposal, I’ll handle all the bookings. Then, get excited and get packing!
As a client with Magnolia Reverie Travel, you will delight in access to exclusive perks when booking a preferred partner hotel. These can include daily breakfast, resort or spa credits, room upgrades (when available), early check-in and late checkout (when available), and personalized VIP touches.
Behind the scenes, these partnerships allow us to advocate for you so your stay feels seamless and special from the moment you arrive.

What if I enjoy planning my own vacations?
Magnolia Reverie Travel does not currently charge planning fees for our services. We take pride in providing exclusive, elevated experiences for our clients in a way that is approachable and hospitable.
Please note, however, that there are a few instances where a fee will apply to your booking. These include rushed trips (within 60 days of departure), complex changes made to the itinerary after booking, itinerary-only services, or airline ticket bookings.
How far in advance should I book with you?
To ensure we are able to provide you with the high-touch, personalized experience you will revel in, please reach out to us as soon as possible to plan your trip! Because each trip and traveler is unique, each trip’s timing is unique. As a general rule, the ideal timeline for planning is 6-12 months, depending on location and trip complexity.
A rush fee will apply to bookings made within 60 days of departure.
What kind of travel do you book?
That’s fantastic! As a travel advisor, my role isn't to take over the fun parts of travel planning — it's to offer expert guidance, insider recommendations, and support along the way. Whether you'd like me to handle every detail or simply provide a hotel booking so you receive access to the exclusive perks we can provide, the process is collaborative. I tailor my services to your travel style, ensuring you remain as involved (or as hands-off) as you'd like.
Do I have to book hotels with you?
Magnolia Reverie Travel curates everything from bespoke city stays and coastal retreats to multi-stop international journeys, honeymoons, luxury cruises, and celebratory travel for couples and families. To name just a few, some of our favorite destinations currently include Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, and Disney World.
Through our trusted global partners, we are able to thoughtfully plan and support travel destinations worldwide, ensuring your experience is curated with care and expertise. We’d love to daydream with you about where you want to go!
Please note that we currently do not provide airfare bookings (exclusions to this policy include international business class tickets). However, we are always happy to provide air travel recommendations in coordination with your itinerary and walk you through the steps, should you need assistance.
As a full-service travel agency, Magnolia Reverie Travel works exclusively with clients who entrust us with their primary travel bookings, such as accommodations, cruises, or curated packages. This allows us to manage the details of your bookings, unlock exclusive perks (where applicable), advocate for you throughout your trip, and ensure you receive a high level of service and support on your journey.
When booking with us, you are still able to earn loyalty points with many hotel brands, as we can include your hotel loyalty numbers when making the reservation.
However, we are unable to manage reservations made using points for hotel stays. We recommend applying points for airfare, as these often provide the best redemptions.
